What makes this remaster special is that it’s based on the 2012 PS VITA version, called Fate/stay night Realta Nua, but now it’s in full HD and, for the first time ever, it’s gonna have translations in English and Simplified Chinese.
The game follows this dude Shirou Emiya, who’s just a regular high schooler, but he has these crazy dreams of becoming a “Hero of Justice.” He ends up getting thrown into this intense battle over the Holy Grail, which can grant any wish. Another best game Nightfall Comes
If you’ve kept up with the Fate series, which has grown into a huge thing (like, have you heard of Fate/Grand Order? It’s massive), this remaster is gonna feel like a throwback, but with fresh vibes. It’s kind of like revisiting where the whole Fate universe kicked off.
Okay, so the story’s all about a ritual that happens in Fuyuki City. Basically, these powerful mages, called Masters, all want to get their hands on the Holy Grail, which is basically this wish-granting powerhouse. To do that, they summon ancient heroes from different times, called Servants, and then fight each other to the death. Sounds epic, right? But here’s the catch: even though there have been four Holy Grail Wars already, no one has actually won the whole thing.
Now, Shirou, when he was a kid, survived this insane fire during the Fourth Holy Grail War, and this dude Kiritsugu Emiya, who’s also a mage, saves him. Kiritsugu ends up adopting him, but he’s not really down to teach Shirou about magic, even though Shirou begs him for it. Before Kiritsugu dies, Shirou promises him that he’s gonna live up to his dream and become a Hero of Justice.
Fast forward to now, Shirou’s just chilling when he accidentally gets dragged into the next Holy Grail War. He’s about to get wrecked by a Servant, and right when things are about to go south, this knight girl in armor shows up and saves him. Turns out, she’s his Servant, and now their destinies are all intertwined. Shirou’s out here trying to be a hero, and his knight Servant is about to help him face off against all the other Masters and Servants in the fight for the Holy Grail. It’s about to go down!
